By purchasing this listing, you automatically accept these terms and conditions. If I, Teressa, feel that these terms are broken, you will be warned. If these behaviors continue, your commission will be terminated and you will be banned from commissioning me again.

Payment & Refund Policy

My commission prices are non-negotiable!
Prices may change depending on the complexity of your requests. This information will be disclosed before the art has been started.
If I decline the commission after payment but before sketching, you will receive a full refund.
If a sketch has started, you can receive a partial refund! This refund will be 50% of the payment.

Turnaround Time & Progress Updates

Please let me know if this commission is time sensitive BEFORE I start sketching!
Allow me to have 1-3 weeks at least to complete your art depending on the complexity of the art & how many other commissions I may have in queue. Feel free to ask how many others are in queue! If more time is needed, I will contact you.
Please make sure you check your messages every day in case I need your opinions on a draft/sketch/colors/etc. If you are not available, I cannot complete your commission in a timely manner. If I cannot reach you for 7 consecutive days, the commission will be terminated and you will receive a 50% refund.

Art Usage

If you're reposting/sharing my art on social media, credit is REQUIRED! (@sidequestshoppe).
My art is not to be used for AI or NFTs of any kind!!
Do NOT remove my signature, logos, or watermarks if they are present! (They will not be present in commercial commissions)
Commissions bought for the purpose of commercial use are allowed to use the art how you please! Personal commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY!!

Commission Options

PHYSICAL STICKERS

After drawing the commissioned art, I will print and cut a sticker of it for you! You DO NOT get the un-watermarked digital file for the artwork.
You do have to pay for shipping for this option.
If you would like multiple stickers, only buy one listing and you can message me about printing more than one for a lower price ($3 per additional sticker of the same artwork)

PERSONAL USE DIGITAL ART

After finishing the artwork, you will be emailed a high quality digital file of the artwork.
These can ONLY be used for personal use! Examples of personal use would be anything that does not involve making money off the artwork, such as profile pictures.

COMMERCIAL USE DIGITAL ART

After finishing the artwork, you will be emailed a high quality digital file of the artwork.
These can be used for commercial use! Examples of commercial use would be anything that involves making money off the artwork, such as product labels, promotional images, and videos.
