Can I eat these?

NO NEVER!!

DO NOT EAT/DRINK/DIGEST ANYTHING THAT IS NOT FOOD!! Soap is NOT edible!

The jokes are really funny on social media, I know, but please don't actually eat it lol

Can I use these products on my children?

Yes!

Please read ingredients BEFORE you allow use on children especially if they have sensitivities or allergies! If you aren’t sure about an ingredient(s), please see their pediatrician/family doctor and ask them if it is safe for your child to use. You can ask us, but it's much safer to ask someone that knows your child's skin and conditions.

Will these products stain my skin?

No, they will not.

If you have very pale skin, I would caution you just in case when it comes to dark colored products. I have dark brown skin and there's no staining or color residue after I rinsed the soap from my skin after testing. Every single batch of every product IS tested by us.

Will these products stain my shower/tub?

As long as you clean out your tub/shower before and after your shower, there won't be any staining.

Some of the colorants I use CAN stick to left over dirt and grime that can be on the bottom or sides of the shower/tub. If for any reason a colorant does cling to your tub/shower, you can use a Magic Eraser and it will come right off.

Do you offer custom products?

I do for Wholesale, but not for personal use.

How long can I keep your products before using them?

Artisan Soap - use within 6 months for best performance. These can hold up to a year.

Body Lotion - use within 1 year. Please close the lid after use to preserve the life of the product.

Lip Butter - use within 6 months to 1 year. Make sure the top is on at all times. Do not leave in hot or humid areas.

Can I Eat the Dice?

What Are the Dice Made of?

The dice we make are made from epoxy resin! They may contain alcohol ink, mica, and acrylic paint.

What is P2P?

Print 2 Play!

A print 2 play game is a type of tabletop game where you can download, print, and assemble the game's components yourself. These games typically come with a set of PDF files that include all the necessary pieces, such as game boards, cards, tokens, and instructions. Once you print out the components, you cut them out and assemble them to create a playable game.

This format allows players to try out new games quickly and easily, and it can also be a great way to support indie game designers.

Can You Make Rounded Edge Dice?

Unfortunately no, I only make sharp edge dice.

Are the Dice Balanced?

Handmade dice are never going to be balanced. The only dice that are actually balanced are casino dice.

However, these dice are NOT weighted. Please ask your DM if they allow handmade dice to be used during the session.

What Does the Heart Mean On the Dice?

It represents the highest number on the D6 & the D20.

What kind of material is used?

Bracelets - Premium grade nylon cord, acrylic and/or glass beads.

Tees - Gildan® Unisex Heavy Cotton™ 100% preshrunk cotton

Hoodies - Gildan® Heavy Blend™ 50% cotton, 50% polyester.

How do I wash the items?

Bracelets - hand wash in cold water. Let air dry before wearing.

Tees & Hoodies - Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.

Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low or hang-dry to lengthen the designs life.

Use the cool setting on iron and iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron directly on decoration.

Do not dry clean.

How many washes can the shirts handle?

The kind of printing we use is called "Direct to Film Transfers". These prints typically can last up to 45 washes. Please look at the question above for the proper washing technique.

What size should I get?

Each listing has the appropriate size chart in the picture slide show. Please measure yourself according to the size chart and choose the closest size option.

If you would like something that is a bit looser fit, go up 1 or 2 sizes.

What are XP Points?

XP Points (Experience Points) are collected every time you place an order using your Side Quest Shoppe account.
Every $1 you spend = 5 XP.
Every 100 XP = $2 off coupon for your next order (after redeeming the code)

Products were taken out of my cart when I was checking out. What happened?

Unfortunately we have no control over that. Our shops host, Shopify, does not offer cart holds. Everything is first come, first serve.

If someone is able to place their order before you are for an item that is low stock, the item will be taken out of your cart.

Can I make changes to my order after it was placed?

General Changes: Unfortunately, no. After an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to your order!

Address Changes:
If there's an error on your shipping address, you can email me and I will change the information for you! Please message me as soon as you notice this error. We cannot make changes after the order has been shipped!

Please double check your address before completing your purchase!

If your order has already been shipped and it's the wrong address, I will not refund any money to you or reship them. It is my responsibility to make and send the products and it is your responsibility to enter the address I need to send the products to.

I forgot to add a discount code to my order, what do I do?

You can choose to cancel your order if it’s within 12 hours (see Refund Policy) and remake it correctly.

I made a purchase before a sale started, what can I do?

We announce all of our sales via social media and our newsletter emails. If you would like to stay up to date with sales and discounts, please follow us on any social media or subscribe to our newsletter.

Why does the product I received look different than the one in the picture?

1. Every batch is handmade, meaning not every single batch will be exactly the same. Some colors may be a bit more vibrant or dull compared to the last time you received them, that is due to human error. They will still be around the same exact color but the shade may be off a tiny bit.

2. If the fragrance contains vanilla, the product may discolor. If your product begins to turn tan/brown or orange-y over time, this is normal! That's the reaction vanilla has in some fragrance oils. It is still safe to use, the color has no benefit to the skin, its just for aesthetic purposes.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is less than 12 hours old,Yes. (If we can't get back to you immediately when you contacted us, your request will still be valid and a cancellation & refund will be headed your way)

If your order is more than 12 hours old, No. Under no circumstances, I do not accept cancellations past that time period.

What's your processing time?

As of 10/01/2023,

Orders will be taken to the post office within 3 to 10 *business days

The post office then takes between 2 to 10 days (for US customers) to deliver to the shipping address entered at checkout.

SELECTING 2 DAY SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER WILL BE COMPLETED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 2 DAYS. PROCESSING TIMES AND SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT THE SAME!!

International packages take a bit longer than that depending on how far the country is from Illinois, USA.

*Business days do NOT include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or Holidays.

What’s the Difference Between Processing & Shipping

Processing Time is how long it takes us to make you products, package your order, and drop off the package to USPS.

Shipping Time is how long it takes USPS to ship your order to you after we give the package to them.


Our Processing Time is 3 to 10 business days. There is NO WAY at this moment to expedite this time. We only have 2 people making products.

USPS’ Shipping Time can be between 1 to 10 business days depending on which method was paid for during the shipping section at checkout. Please see the question above for further information about USPS’s shipping times.

What does Priority Shipping and First Class Shipping mean?

USPS classifies their shipping by either First Class or Priority. If you only purchase 1 artisan soap, you have the option of both types of shipping. If you purchased more than 3, you will ONLY have the option of Priority due to the weight of the items.

Priority Shipping: After we take your package to USPS, they will deliver it to you within 1 to 3 days.

First Class Shipping: After we take your package to USPS, they will deliver it to you within 3 to 10 days (we only use this service for packages that are less than 1 pound/ 16 ounces).

The time all depends on how far away your state is from where we are in Illinois.

Do you ship Inernationally?

We ship everywhere except for Europe at the moment. We are currently looking into this.

I received the wrong products, what do I do?

Please contact us with pictures of what you received and your order number!

I didn't receive all the products I ordered, what do I do?

Please contact us with pictures of what you received and your order number!

My package is damaged upon delivery, what do I do?

Please contact us with pictures of how your box was delivered to you and the contents inside! Please make sure to take clear pictures of everything so we can file a claim with USPS and get your money back!

My package was stolen, what do I do?

After we hand the packages off to USPS, it is up to them to deliver your products to the address provided. USPS insurance does NOT cover stolen packages after it’s been delivered. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you at this point, but, you can reach out to your local police department to notify them of the theft and call your credit card company to see if they can assist you.
