Shipping policy

Our processing time is 3 to 10 *business days
The post office then takes between 2 to 10 days (for US customers) to deliver to the shipping address entered at checkout.
SELECTING 2 DAY SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER WILL BE COMPLETED AND SHIPPED 2 DAYS. PROCESSING TIMES AND SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT THE SAME!!
International packages take a bit longer than that depending on how far the country is from Illinois, USA.
*Business days do NOT include weekends (Sunday & Saturday) or Holidays.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU FINALIZE YOUR ORDER!
All orders will receive tracking information. After your package is in USPS care, it is up to you to track and follow your package.
(US ONLY) After you receive your tracking number, if your package takes longer than 10 days, excluding weekends and Holidays, to reach you, please contact us and we will handle things with USPS from there.
(INTERNATIONAL ONLY) if your package takes longer than 30 days excluding weekends and Holidays, to reach you, please contact USPS for updates. If your package is still in transit after 30 days, please contact us and we will file a claim with USPS.
If USPS drops your package off at the wrong location, first check if your address was correct on the order. If it wasn't the correct address, either USPS or the resident at the wrong address you entered may send the package back to me and your order will be refunded minus shipping costs. The resident at the wrong address does not have to send the product back. We will NOT hunt them down nor send them any kind of notification about the order being sent there by accident. Again, it is your responsibility to input the correct address for your order.
If USPS drops your package off at the wrong location and the address on your order is correct, please Contact Us with the order number and we will file a claim with USPS to get your refund.
