Refund policy
WE DO accept refund requests for the following reasons:
Order is less than 12 hours old
USPS ruined a package and the products inside are heavily damaged. We will file a claim with USPS and go from there. Please take plenty of pictures of everything and send them to us!
WE DO NOT accept refund requests for the following reasons:
You or the user are allergic to an ingredient we use. Every single ingredient we use is listed in each product description. It is YOUR responsibility to read what you will be putting on your or someone else's body.
Incorrect shipping/address information. Please see the Shipping Policy for more information.
USPS ruined a package but the products inside are fine.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days after the package is shipped. If 30 days have gone by since your package was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
ALL products are NON-RETURNABLE for sanitation purposes and the safety of our customers. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank. OR if you are approved for an exchange, we will email you a new tracking number with your replacement product(s) inside. You'll receive your product(s) in 2 to 10 days depending on USPS.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are NOT eligible for returns/refunds!
If you bought your products with a coupon, those DO NOT count as being on sale. You are eligible for a refund (as long as the request complies with the rest of the policy).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product. We DO NOT accept exchanges for a different item because you didn't like them.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, Refunds for the gift receiver is NOT available. Only the gifter can receive the refund back. If you received the wrong item, please notify the gifter to Contact Us and we will handle the proper steps from there. Everything must be handled by the person the payment belongs to.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please be watchful of the tracking information! If there's any discrepancies in the tracking, please Contact Us!
If the reason you're looking for a refund isn't listed, please Contact Us and we may be able to assist you there!
All other reasonings for refund requests are to be determined at the owners digression. If the issue with your order is not seen as a refundable reason, we will not issue a refund! If a chargeback is issued after we already discussed with you about your order being nonrefundable, we will have to take legal action, as that is scamming. By ordering from this website, you agree with these terms.
